Submit Your Case by October 31
and Join the Fellows’ Forum!

Dear Colleague,

The T-Cell Lymphoma Forum (TCLF) is excited to introduce a brand-new session for our 2026 meeting: Fellows' Forum: Challenging Cases in Need of Expert Opinion

This innovative session is designed to spotlight emerging talent in the field by inviting three fellows from accredited post-graduate programs worldwide to present a challenging and instructive case in collaboration with leading experts in pathology and medical oncology/hematology.

Each selected fellow will work closely with a distinguished TCLF faculty member to prepare and present their case in a format modeled after traditional Medical Grand Rounds:

Fellow Presentation (10 min): Overview of the case, key clinical features, treatment course, and outcome

Pathologist Presentation (10 min): Differential diagnosis and pathology review

Expert Discussion (10 min): Clinical insights, treatment options, and relevant literature

Featured Cases for 2026:

Case 1: T Follicular Helper (TFH) or Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma (AITL)

• Fellow Presentation

• Pathology Review: Alejandro A. Gru, MD

• Expert Discussion: Ryan Wilcox, MD, PhD

Case 2: Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma, Not Otherwise Specified (PTCL NOS) frontline or Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) + Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (ALCL) with IPI 4

• Fellow Presentation

• Pathology Review: Philippe Gaulard, MD

• Expert Discussion: Francine Foss, MD

Case 3: Extranodal Natural Killer (NK)/T-Cell Lymphoma, Nasal Type

We invite fellows to submit an abstract of a case that is both unique and educational. Selected presenters will be introduced to their assigned faculty mentors in advance to coordinate the presentation.

We look forward to your participation and to an inspiring morning of discussion and learning.
